Artifice Systems. How we collect, use, and share information needed to operate the services. Effective September 1, 2026.
What this covers
This policy describes how Artifice Systems (“Artifice”, “we”) handles information when you use artifice.systems, Console, documentation, login, and related services, including legacy and related Jester surfaces that share the same account system. It restates the data practices in the Terms. If anything here conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control.
One account
Artifice and Jester share one account. Wallet, Telegram, OAuth, and username logins may identify the same user across Console, terminals, Mini App, and the bot. If you attach a Jester wallet, Telegram, or social login to an Artifice username, those identifiers are linked to that account. If that login already belongs to another account, you may be signed into that existing identity instead. Two accounts that both already exist are not merged.
Information we collect
We may collect information needed to operate, secure, bill, and improve the services. That can include wallet addresses and signatures; username, user ID, password hashes, and authentication method; OAuth identifiers and linked accounts; Telegram identifiers where you use the bot, Mini App, or Login Widget; IP addresses, device data, logs, and analytics; email or contact details you provide; API keys, token identifiers, MCP metadata, access records, and x402 settlement records; connected-account identifiers, permissions, transaction references, trade logs, receipts, portfolio data, and error details; plan, billing, invoice, payment, and eligibility data; and support messages, feedback, and submissions.
How we use it
We use this information to provide the services, verify access, link or resolve logins you attach, bill accounts, secure accounts, send password-reset and username-recovery messages to a verified email, detect abuse, comply with law, debug systems, improve products, communicate with you, enforce the Terms, and protect Artifice and its users.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers, infrastructure vendors, analytics providers, payment processors, legal or compliance advisors, partners needed to provide the services (including auth, Telegram, OAuth, wallet, venue, and billing providers), and with law enforcement, regulators, courts, or third parties where required or permitted by law. Third-party logins are also governed by those providers’ own policies.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses cookies and similar storage for authentication, session refresh, and preferences, including an access token, remembered username, and linked wallet or Telegram identifiers in this browser. Console may also keep plan, venue, and key material locally so the workspace can load. Clearing site data signs you out of this browser.
Retention and requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data through Console. If you cannot sign in, use the password-reset or username-recovery flow, then Console Settings. We may retain information where needed for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial records, backups, or legitimate business purposes.
Changes
We may update this policy by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance.
